Live from Laxey and Lonan Allotments with Lovely Greens
We were live from LaLaa Land today for the first in our monthly visits to the Laxey and Lonan allotments. Tanya Anderson from Lovely Greens showed us around the incredibly picturesque plots, introducing us to edible flowers and plants and making us a pot of tea from the aromatic herbs she grows.
She also showed us a brilliant 'life hack' trick about growing basil from supermarket plants (yes, there is a reason why it always seems to die when you get it home!)
There are plenty of videos on our Facebook and portal page, and an exclusive post-show 'Potcast' (see what we did there?!) where Tanya revealed her bin full of forced rhubarb and gave advice on how to keep her new sweetpea shoots healthy.
