We were live from the wonderful Cook Shack in Bride again today, with our host Georgie Revill and special guest Beth Martin from Smeale Farm.
On the menu today was a wonderful Roasted Artichoke Dip with the most amazing homemade Tortilla Chips. For pudding Georgie served up Chocolate Honey Profiteroles. Look at the photos below for the recipe cards.
Beth Martin is passionate about local produce and organises tours of the farm for parties of six or more. She is also responsible for Disability Networks which provides a directory of useful local disability related information about services in the Isle of Man. You can find the website here. They will be at the MannKind Festival on Saturday July 13th at Silly Moos.
It's for anyone with learning and/or physical disabilities, carers and guardians. It promises to be a day of fun with live music entertainment, activities and - because Georgie is organising it - the most wonderful food.
