It was time today for another monthly check up with Mark Hepworth from Abbey Dental. As he was going to be telling us all about dentures, he decided to bring a very special guest with him to demonstrate what he was talking about - his father Peter!
Aside from being a hugely entertaining pair, they both gave wonderful information and advice about dentures - what they are, when to have them fitted, how best to look after them (and looking after your remaining teeth too).
Peter also gave a demonstration of what it's like to be with and without your set...

The Soul Starter today was Luther Vandross 'Never Too Much' from 1989; the Jukebox was a win for Recent as Bare Naked Ladies 'Odds Are' beat Sandi Shaw's Puppet on a String; and the rest of the music today was themed to celebrate 'Lost Sock Memorial Day', so we had everything from U2's 'Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For' to 'Missing' by Everything By The Girl.
