On Air Early Breakfast Tom Cain | 5:00am - 7:30am

Late Lunch listen again: Sam Black, Howard's jazz and Kirsty's weather watch

We had the world's first radio play of X Factor star Sam Black's gorgeous new single 'Stay' (which he co-wrote with Leon Mallett) and a chat with the man himself, after he popped in to see Chris Kinley this morning. Sam will be performing with Leon at the NSC this weekend for the St John Ambulance 'It's a Knockout' fundraiser event (find out more here)

- we were also joined in the studio again by our own newshound Howard Caine, who brought us another lesson in Learning To Love Jazz; don't forget you can hear his Sweet and Swing programme tomorrow evening at 9pm

- Kirsty Pendlebury brought us her Window on the Weather for the weekend ahead (which was handy, as we were also celebrating Spring grills and BBQ weather)

- we'll had another of your Kids Takeover Tracks, with Justin Timberlake's Can't Stop the Feeling (from Trolls, Beth, not the Lego Movie...)

- we revealed the winner of the £25 Shoprite Voucher - congratulations Catherine!

- our Soul Starter came from Marlena Shaw who brought us some California Soul

- and in the Jukebox today Recent won over Retro so we played 'From Paris to Berlin' by Infernal, which beat the Beatles 'Let it Be'

If you missed any part of the programme, you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days:
