On Air Sweet & Swing Howard Caine | 9:00pm - 10:00pm

Late Lunch listen again: Stefanie Kerwin

We were joined once again on the show by lovely Stefanie Kerwin from Aurora Wellness, who talked to us today all about managing stress. She gave us some wonderfully simple hints and tips about what we can do ourselves, and also talked about the power of music and singing (ahead of her healing chanting session at the wellbeing festival at the weekend);

Also today, we heard more about wonderful Manx charity 'The Children's Centre', as Joff Whitten explained how they work with the entire family, how they are creating a metal forge and how projects like that can really assist children who are struggling and he talked about funding and support. Find out more about them on their website here.

There were two "WoW!" moments on the show too, as Kirsty Pendlebury gave us a rather glorious Window on the Weather and Ben Hartley came in to share his top tips for telly with his Watch of the Weekend

We had a few more of your fabulous music choices in 'Songs that Sum You Up'; and the rest of our music had a distinctly festival feel, with our Soul Starter from Mavis Staples and the Jukebox being a battle between The Cure and Tame Impala - all of whom are playing at Glastonbury this weekend.

If you missed any part of today's programme you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days.

Tomorrow we are back on the road again, live from St Stephen's Hall in Sulby for the next episode in our Village Hall Series. Join us from 2pm!
