On Air Good Friday Breakfast Chris Williams | 6:00am - 10:00am

Sunday Opinion - 15th April 2018

This week, Roger will be in conversation with Helen Butters, one of a team of four working mums who became the oldest women to row across the North Sea and hold a Guinness World Record for rowing 3000 nautical miles across the Atlantic Ocean during the world’s toughest rowing race from La Gomera in the Canaries to Antigua.

She’ll be discussing their adventure from its concept, through hurricane, electrical and steering failure and chronic sea sickness to their triumphant arrival in the Caribbean. You can see how the journey unfolded here.
