we were joined in the studio by Diane Parker, a Grief Recovery Specialist, who teaches people how to grieve and cope with feelings that can often stop us moving on with life - whether we have lost a loved one, been through a divorce or separation or experienced other losses including health, career, faith, or changes to our lifestyle or circumstances that are beyond our control. Diane very candidly talked about the pain of her own losses and also gave some excellent advice to listeners, especially sharing elements of the Grief Recovery Method - an educational programme to teach people how to grieve.
