- also today - a Dad who made his daughter walk the eight kilometres to school in freezing conditions  while he drove alongside filming it for Facebook says he has no regrets - we asked what do you think about this punishment?  A way of teaching her a lesson or just public humiliation?

- customers of a large high street bank can no switch off their spending.  It means that while they can't block individual retailers - they can choose which categories of spending are allowed on their debit cards - is this something you'll be using?

- also today, loneliness is a real issue in Britain - according to the latest research from British Red Cross, more than half of the 4000 adults they spoke to said they feel lonely either “always, often or sometimes”; we spoke to Eleanor Hevey from British Red Cross and Andy Ross, a service user who says the Red Cross saved his life;
