Women Today listen again: Joanne Posey

On the programme today - despite the fact that votes were given to some Manx women in 1881 and over half the present population is female we still don't have equal representation in Tynwald – it’s an issue that will be debated by the Positive Action Group on Monday evening at the Legion, so we caught up with Joanne Posey from PAGIOM to find out more (full interview below)

As the clocks go back this weekend, if you’re worried about how you’re going to adjust – Beth got some advice from Sleep Geek and Channel 4 regular James Wilson

- we also looked at the report on pay equality at the BBC claims it's failing female employees as MPs on the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee have branded the broadcaster a "disgrace" for allegedly coercing staff to work without benefits like maternity leave

- and, as the Royal British Legion launches it's 2018 Poppy Appeal, we looked at some of the commemorative installations unveiled today and also asked whether you would wear a White Poppy

If you missed any part of today's programme you can listen again at this link for the next 7 days.
