Women Today listen again: Zoe Thompson and Laura Cretney

We were joined today by Zoe Thompson and Laura Cretney who told us about the Autumn appeal being run by the Manx Support Refugees group, who are on a mission to help the women's refuge centre in Northern France after it was destroyed by fire. Zoe told us what is needed and what they hope to collect and send over to help the cause - find out more here

Laura, who is the founding Editor of Pink Jinn, a Middle East politics, culture and travel blog that "challenges common stereotypes and perceptions of the region", also took the time to respond to the Chief Minister's recent insistence that the Island was not an appropriate place for refugees and his conviction that we can help more people with financial aid.

If you missed any part of the programme, you can listen back again at this link for the next 7 days.
