Pilates instructor Lizzy Main is one of the business owners on East Quay in Peel who has really struggled with the impact of the roadworks in the area. But despite the evident challenges, she has decided to bring a little positivity to Peel - with Pilates on the Pink Pavement!
She talks to Christy about the difficulties she and others have endured over the past few months but also, how the construction workers have done their absolute best to try and minimise disruption wherever possible. As a result, she's been inspired to give something back to them this week...
