"It’s not just about Versa, it’s about the Isle of Man as a whole"
Christy catches up with Pippa Lovell from foraging restaurant 'Versa' - winner of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Sustainability award for Europe and Forbes 30 Under 30. She is creating a new art hub and community space which launches in July and opens very soon in the South of the Island. It's an exhibition space for artists, workshops, henna art on Sundays, kids can come in and rent easels, there’s vegan snacks, a library of different loose leaf teas (like a pick and mix) fair-trade coffees and British cocoa.
