Later this month the Council of Ministers' Annual Report on Poverty Measures will be laid before Tynwald.It provides an overview of the latest indicators on poverty and highlights a series of measures aimed at alleviating the issue and improving the lives of people across the Island.But recent stats show a percentage of Isle of Man residents are struggling to keep up with the cost of living - especially those living in private rental properties.Lewis Foster has been speaking with Treasury Minister Alex Allinson about what this document - and this government - hopes to achieve.
