In 'Goll as Gaccan' Phil Gawne takes us through lesson 36 of First Lessons in Manx by Edmund Goodwin; there's a new rhyme for Mooinjer Veggey to teach the phoneme [k]; and we have a short story from Skeealaght.

Our short story in 'Claare ny Gael' takes us back to the days of the cavedwellers - but does it really? It's about Soob the Black and Not So Tall Sook, but it's subtitle is A Fable for Our Time. The humour of it arises from the anachronistic knowledge that one of the men has.
