Bob Carswell delivers a weekly programme of great Manx Gaelic broadcasting and entertainment. We're on the north with William Gell, as his 1906 poem takes us to Lezayre, Ballaugh and Kirk Michael. It's easy to forget that the Snaefell Mountain Railway was only about 10 years old at the time of his poem. Our story in Manx is a re-working of King Lear, loosening it with injections of humour, though some of the humour in the original was from the incongruous bad language, which doesn't translate into Manx.
