Jaico Garcia beats nine others to title
A Manx Telecom employee has been voted Douglas Customer Service Champion 2019.
Sales and technical consultant Jaico Garcia scooped the award, coming out on top of nine nominees in Douglas management's contest to find the person who provides the best customer service in the town centre.
More than 700 votes secured the accolade for Mr Garcia.
He says despite working with technology, he's glad it hasn't replaced the ultimate relationship-building tool between a customer and a business: the human touch.
He adds that by offering outstanding customer service not only do you send them away happy, you give them a reason to come back.
