Kerry Smith to head-up R and C
Isle of Man law firm Quinn Legal has recently appointed Kerry Smith as Head of Regulation and Compliance.
Kerry comes from the financial sector, having spent almost 20 years working within the regulatory compliance arena, including time with the Financial Services Authority and two large fiduciary services companies.
Kerry also has experience as a qualified Company Secretary and has been responsible for leading projects on tax compliance and reporting, risk management, and delivering compliance focused services and solutions.
She will also take on the added responsibilities as the MLRO and Data Protection Officer for Quinn Legal.
