The chief executive says his team has been navigating weather and supply chain disruptions to provide the best possible service to customers.

People are being encouraged to plan ahead and take advantage of early ordering, and posting, to ensure timely deliveries.
Recent adverse weather, which disrupted Steam Packet services, has caused delays with mail deliveries as the Island now relies on the ferry to bring the majority of the post to the Island.
It follows a decision by the Royal Mail to stop operating its dedicated post plane in October as a way of the UK post office's efforts to reduce its substantial debts.
At the time Mr Kneen said it would mean ‘minimal disruption’ for customers.
