Last month, Isle of Man Stamps and Coins released a very special new stamp collection – celebrating the late David Bowie's career as an actor. Designed by Grammy winning designer and long time Bowie collaborator Jonathan Barnbrook, the stamps feature images from iconic movie moments like Merry Christmas, Mr Lawrence, Labyrinth and the film Bowie shot right here on the Isle of Man, Everybody Loves Sunshine. Wish Upon A Dream have been granting wishes for sick and terminally ill children here on the Island since Lesley Turnbull lost her own daughter to illness more than 20 years ago. Here, Lesley tells us about some of the incredible wishes they have granted over the years for the extraordinary children who have benefited - such as getting Gordon Ramsey to cook for one child and another meeting the Manchester United team with Sir Alex Ferguson! A new musical, on now at the Gaiety, is breaking all kinds of boundaries - they've built a working pub in the theatre for one thing!
