Health and safety panel investigating
A probe has been launched into what happened with a Snaefell Mountain Railway tram on Friday afternoon.
It's understood the carriage, which was filled with passengers, suffered a brake failure before rolling down from the summit past the bungalow.
Government's Health and Safety Inspectorate says it's treating the matter 'very seriously'.
The Department of Infrastructure, which has responsibility for the Island's railways, has apologised to those affected.
Acting Minister David Anderson MLC says the investigation will seek out the facts:
