Fourth candidate emerges in constituency

'Strong, professional, hardworking leadership - not self-gratification of the individuals elected'.

That's what new candidate for Middle businessman William Bowers believes is needed following the General Election in September.

Mr Bowers will run against the current sitting member Howard Quayle, ex-bank manager Bill Shimmins, and former education official Paul Craine.

He says government finances need addressing as soon as possible - as the new administration shapes the path forward.
