Juan Watterson

Juan Watterson is an independent candidate and is also one of the constituency's sitting MHKs.

He has represented the people of Rushen for 15 years, after first being elected in 2006.

He's currently the Speaker of the House of Keys, and recently was unsuccessful in his bid to become President of Tynwald. 

Juan says: "The next five years will be dominated by financial pressures, and the fall-out from the pandemic. We will need to instill confidence that Government can still provide a great place to live and work despite this turbulence. I believe over my fifteen years of service I have a strong record of doing better with less money."
