Geoffrey is an independent candidate standing in Glenfaba and Peel.
He is a former Royal Navy officer, and has more recently held leadership roles within Isle of Man Government, including as interim airport director.
He says: "I believe the Isle of Man is already one of the best places in the world to grow up. My ambition is to help make it one of the best places in the world you can choose to build an entire life.
"I’m standing because I believe good decisions come from listening carefully, weighing the evidence and using sound judgement - not from following any ideology."
