Jason is an independent candidate standing in Douglas North.
He owns a small tax accountancy firm, and this is his first time standing in a General Election.
He has a 'very loud' cavapoochon called Ferris, who apparently believes he is the king of the road and must bark at everyone who passes!
In his spare time he enjoys fishing, cooking and working.
Jason says: "We have consistently seen commitments made without meaningful action, leaving people wondering if things are ever going to improve. I do not believe that's good enough for the people of the Isle of Man, and I want to be part of making that change and hold the Government accountable for the decisions it makes.
"I believe politicians and the Government should be wholly open and accountable for everything they do. Their actions should be transparent and open to public scrutiny."
We asked each candidate to tell us what their priorities would be if elected.
Jason chose government spending, controlled immigration that meets the needs of the Island without being a burden on it, and a sustainable future in terms of energy, environment, security and lifestyle.
