Joney Faragher is the leader of the Manx Labour Party and is standing in Douglas East.
She is currently one of the constituency's sitting MHKs and this is her second time standing in a General Election.
Joney says: "Serving our community has been one of the greatest honours of my life.
"While I’m proud of work I’ve done alongside and on behalf of some amazing people, I know there’s much more to do."
She believes the Island continues to face challenges around housing, healthcare and the cost of living, which she hopes to be able to address if re-elected.
