Peter Kermeen

Peter Kermeen is an independent candidate standing in Garff.

He's a part-time farmer and a full-time gardener, and this will be his first time standing for election.

He had one son called Joe, who is sadly no longer with us.

Peter has a Kennel Club plumber terrier and lives in Maughold.

In his spare time he enjoys dog walking, rowing and music.

Ahead of the election, Peter is hosting weekly surgeries between 10am-3pm every Sunday at Corony Farm in Maughold. 

We asked each candidate to tell us what their priorities would be if elected.

Peter chose simplifying the civil service, education and ensuring sustainable governance.
