Chris Thomas
Chris is standing as an independent candidate in Douglas Central.
He's currently the Treasury Minister and the constituency's MHK and this will be his fifth time standing in a General Election.
He's been one of Douglas Central's MHKs since he was first elected in a by-election in 2013.
He's also a financial analyst and has three children.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing the double bass, gardening and walking.
We asked each candidate to tell us what their priorities would be if elected.
Chris chose increasing incomes and enabling saving, a smaller and smarter government prioritising revenue and capital expenditure more, off-Island transport, housing and healthcare.
