Mary Phillips
Mary Phillips is standing as an independent candidate in Ayre and Michael.
She is a lollipop lady, a dinner lady and a Lezayre commissioner, and this is her first time standing in a General Election.
She has three children, a dog called Digger and a tortoise called Rocco.
In her spare time, Mary likes to garden and research Manx heritage and family history.
Mary says: "Health and social care remains my foremost priority.
"I believe the system needs a comprehensive, independent audit to clearly understand where spending is going wrong and why costs continue to exceed budgets by tens of millions of pounds."
