Grant Thornton strives for more gender equality in firm
Business culture needs to be both diverse and inclusive, but it wont happen by itself.

Members of the firm have recently returned from the networks diversity and inclusion conference in Rome.
One of the Associate Directors at the Athol Street branch, Lisa Lord, says its imperative member firms accelerate the progression of women into leadership roles.
Adding that during her time at Grant Thornton, the company has always made efforts to develop and embrace a culture that encourages leadership diversity.
