Fairbairn Private Bank has made it a hat-trick of success, winning a maximum three stars in the Best Companies business accreditation system.
It's the third year in a row the bank has won the accolade, and it's one of only 84 businesses across the United Kingdom to achieve the standard.
The Best Companies Accreditation was set up in 2006 and recognises corporate excellence in the workplace.
Fairbairn Private Bank's managing director Greg Horton says the award illustrates the commitment and loyalty of staff and he is proud of his team's dedication.
