CMT Awareness Month

Local sufferer wants greater awareness

More people need to be aware of CMT - that's according to one Island sufferer.

Paul Chambers was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, so named after the researchers who discovered it.

It's a hereditary condition, which can inhibit people's mobility to varying extremes.

And September is CMT Awareness Month.

Mr Chambers says it's important more people learn about it...
