Provoking behaviour charge for Port St Mary resident

55-year-old will stand trial

 A Port St Mary woman will stand trial after denying displaying provoking behaviour in the village.

Gillian Maria Phillips, of Bay View Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.

The 55-year-old is accused of committing the offence on 28 June.

A pre-trial review will take place on 23 January – she’s been bailed until that date.
