Liverpool landing stage and passengers post Brexit discussed

A TravelWatch public meeting will address sea services, and the Health and Social Care taxi contract today.

The minister for Infrastructure joins the organisations lead member on sea services, John Pennington, to discuss a replacement for the Liverpool Landing Stage.

Also on the cards, debate on the new ferry agreement - where the Ray Harmer will be asked for a likely timetable.

Anthony Smith chief executive of Britain's watchdog, Passenger Focus, will present a case for protecting passengers in the wake of Brexit.

Chairman Brendan O' Friel says he has faith Mr Harmer will provide further clarity.

The spring meeting will be held this morning at the Villa Marina from 10am - doors will open from 9:30am.
