Following on from the success of last year’s Manx Wildlife Week we thought we would do it again but even bigger and better. We have over double the number of events and are teaming up with more partners to provide lots of fun and interesting things for people to do, plus Spring Watch’s Simon King will be visiting us, giving another talk and wildlife watching master class. Take walks all over the Island with our conservation officers at DEFA; help stop the spread of invasive plant species with Friends of the Neb; learn about different types of flies and why they are so cool; go foraging for herbs and make infusions at Cregneash; come and meet the wonderful people that rescue the Island’s injured animals; be curious about bee keeping; take your tots bird watching; discover our magical rivers; all this and much, much more! Most events are free and there is something for all ages, abilities and levels of interest.
