Police hunt dog owner after attack

Two children had a lucky escape when a grey boxer dog tried to bite them.

Police want to trace the dog's owner, and anyone who saw what happened in Hailwood Avenue, Douglas on Sunday evening.

The animal also attempted to bite two other dogs.

The owner is described as being stocky and of average height.

He had a beard, was wearing a beanie hat and was carrying a plastic bag at the time of the incident.
