Visitors arriving on the Manxman for the first year
The number of bookings on Steam Packet sailings for the TT is up this year.
It's the first year visitors for the motorsport fortnight coming from Heysham will be arriving on the new flagship Manxman.
Around 45 per cent of passengers have opted to cross over from the Lancashire port.
The new vessel can carry around 300 more passengers per sailing than the former flagship Ben-my-Chree, which remains in the company's fleet as a back up.
