Combat Stress supports armed forces personnel who suffer from stress, depression and anxiety.

On Saturday, members of Ramsey rugby club pulled a 10 ton truck more than two miles along the town’s North Promenade.

Organiser James Kellett says it’s vital help is at hand for those who have the post traumatic stress disorder.
