Join experienced personal trainer for a gentle one-hour class designed to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility and leave feeling calmer than when you arrived.
Through a combination of guided breathing techniques, gentle stretching and relaxation exercises, you’ll learn simple practices that can help ease tension, improve mobility and support your overall wellbeing.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no previous experience is required. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy day, improve your flexibility or simply take some time for yourself, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
