An illustrated talk by Dave Martin, based on his great-great-great grandfather Thomas’ Journal which recorded his travels and exploits both on and off island.

David's illustrated talk is based on Thomas Burndred's Journal which records his travels, and exploits, both on and off the Island, and is not a religious talk per se. Thomas' son-in-law Robert Teare (merchant, philanthropist, preacher and Member of the House of Keys) continued his work. The venue: St Andrew's Church, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas on Friday 24th April at 7.30pm.
Non Members most welcome - Admission £4.
Members FREE. Light refreshments following the talk.
Parking on site. Doors open 7pm.
