The Manx Model Boat Club annual model boat two day weekend event at Silverdale.

The Manx Model Boat Club have been organising this annual event, since 1985. Now concentrated at the Silverdale Glen lake, Ballsalla it involves two main competitions on the water and as scale displays on the Sunday. It is an open event so we welcome visitors from across the water to take part. The aim is for a fun friendly mix, so we keep the competitions few, the boating and chat is the main aim. We will also have some Av-a-Go boats to try out, and we end on the Sunday afternoon with the Float game at about 3pm. Same times each day.
