Isle of Man based developer Dandara has won an accolade for its new waterside development on the River Clyde in Glasgow.
The housebuilder, headquartered in Douglas, has won Waterside Development of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards 2010 for its gh2o appartments.
The flats have views over the river towards the Campsie Hills and, according to the firm, have proved popular with first time buyers and those looking for a city weekend 'pad'.
The judging team said the Dandara submission ticked all the boxes for a 'clever marketing strategy' in getting plenty of 'people through the door'.
