The owner of an events company in the Isle of Man says being a woman in business is no barrier to success.
Torie Kissack owns Imagination Station which primarily focuses on supplying entertainment for children's parties.
She founded the company after doing face painting for her own son, and now employs several people who work across the Island.
Last month Torie, who is 26, won the accolade of Young Business Woman of the Year at the North West and Isle of Man Women in Business Awards, organised by Forward Ladies.
She says the image of a power-suit wearing hard-nosed woman certainly doesn't apply to her (listen to audio file below):
