GA Group, a global financial services organisation based in the Isle of Man, has announced it will buy its New Zealand equivalent.
The company says it will acquire 100 per cent of the business and assets of New Zealand domiciled GA Group Limited as part of a phase of international expansion.
The Isle of Man was chosen by the firm for its free access to the European Union and its superior strategic positioning for North American markets.
