The Association of Corporate Service Providers has organised a seminar on mental capacity and undue influence when establishing trusts, to be held on Thursday, February 11.
Sponsored by Barclays Wealth, the seminar will be presented by three lawyers from London legal practice Herbert Smith LLP. Rupert Ticehurst is partner and head of private wealth and charities and will be joined by litigation and arbitration partner Murray Rosen, QC, head of the firm’s advocacy unit, and Robert Hunter, disputes partner and co-head of civil fraud and asset tracing.
The seminar will be at the Upper Church Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12 noon for a 12.30pm start.
The seminar is free to staff of member firms and ACSP associate members.
