Active versus Index-based Investment for Trustees.
That’s the title of a seminar, organised by the Association of Corporate Service Providers, which will be held on Thursday February 5.
Sponsored by Barclays Wealth, it will be presented by Mike Mount from Barclays Wealth investment and product office.
The presentation will focus on ‘going back to investment basics’ and choosing a risk profile appropriate for investors’ timescales and objectives, with Mr Mount illustrating how, in an uncertain economic climate, investors, especially trustees, are increasingly turning to a low-cost, index-based approach to achieve market exposure.
The seminar will be held at the Upper Church Hall, Promenade Methodist Church, Douglas, with registration at 12 noon for a 12.30pm prompt start.
The presentation is expected to finish no later than 2pm.
