Administrators have been called in at an Isle of Man registered company which controls an Altrincham shopping centre.
Partners at the Manchester accountancy firm MCR have been appointed to handle the affairs of Grafton Centre Nominee, which owns the 25-unit development and a six-storey office block.
They are trading the business as a going concern and are looking for a buyer.
In recent months planning permission was granted to transform the office block into a hotel.
