The Financial Supervision Commission says a website which claims to offer a private investment vehicle from the Isle of Man is bogus.
uniquesolutionsnetwork.com claims to be managed by a company called SD Consultants Ltd, but the FSC says its checks have shown no company of that name on the Island.
The commission says the range of financial products featured on the site offer unrealistic rates of return.
It says, in the circumstances, people should avoid any dealings with it.
