
Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (IOM) PLC has been named ‘Best Offshore Account Provider’ at the Moneyfacts 2008 Awards.
Moneyfacts is the largest independent publisher of personal finance data in the UK.
The company monitors and reports on thousands of personal finance products.
Commenting on the news, Gary Quaggan, head of personal savings at Anglo, said: ‘It’s no exaggeration to say this is a landmark achievement for us.
‘It marks the second consecutive year we have won top recognition for our savings products at the annual Moneyfacts Awards and the first time we have received the accolade of overall ‘Best Offshore Account Provider’.
