Awards are tonic for Manx farm's cure

Manx chorizo among foodie triumphs

Fifty of the UK's top chefs and restaurateurs have judged a Manx-made chorizo worthy of a prestigious national food award.

Made from rare-breed Tamworth pigs, the chorizo from Patrick was judged alongside more than 12,000 other products from across the UK.

Seventeen Manx producers scooped a record 56 accolades at the event this year, twice the number achieved in 2016.
