Reflection of company's core values
Four Manx Telecom staff have received awards for their outstanding work.
Presentations were made recently at the company's annual motivational event and staff briefing held recently at the Palace Hotel in Douglas.
Each award reflected one of MT's core values - enterprising, proactive, confident and trusted.
Darren Shaw from Global Solutions Business Development Manager won the award for enterprising work on the growth of strategic accounts.
The proactive award went to Senior Field Technician Paul Jones for corrective action following the Laxey Bridge collapse.
Consumer Sales Clerical Officer Lisa Pugh won the award for confidence for cross-department billing of wholesale customers, whilst the development of and deployment of Global SIM solutions won the award under the trusted category for Mobile Networks Technical Specialist Luke Rowe.
Winners were chosen by a judging panel of directors from 38 nominations made by colleagues. Each winner received a custom made wooden trophy made by The Manx Workshop and £500.
